Online Entry Instructions

Decide what you want to enter and proceed with your online submission.

Here’s What You Need to Know

  • There is NO charge to the Exhibitor.
  • Each Exhibitor must have their own individual online account to submit entries. However, families may use one username and password but must enter separately.
  • Accounts do not carry over from previous years.
  • You must provide the username, email, and password you created when setting up your account.
  • If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can request recovery from the login screen.
  • An email confirmation will be sent after completing your entries. This serves as your “yellow copy” for entry day.
  • Important: Do not print directly from the online site (font too small); use the email confirmation or get a printed copy from the office.
Additional Important Instructions
  • Write the last 4 digits of your SS# and your last initial (e.g., H4540) along with your age on the top right corner of your printed copy.
  • If you have a market animal housed at a different address, either use the comment line or email the new address to entry@bcyf.org.
  • For dogs, cats, or llamas, you must download a photo on the entry site, email a picture to entry@bcyf.org, or mail/drop it off — all before the entry deadline!

Submit Your Entries

You must click the Checkout tab and hit “Submit” to finalize your entries!
You will get a confirmation email if you completed it correctly, if you don’t get one, go back in!
