We have 6 sites available or the 2024 Fair! Those sites will go on sale at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1st. The first 6 people in line (and signed in) will get a site and then draw for their site in the June 2nd lottery at 6 p.m. in the Youth Memorial Building. There will be a lottery on June 2nd at 6:00 p.m. in the Youth Memorial Building to pick your site. For those that got a site on May 1, or if you chose to change your site, someone from your family or a representative will need to be there to choose your site.

Sites Available: 6 sites for the 2024 Fair
Site Sale Date: Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM
How It Works:
- First 6 people in line (and signed in) will get a site.
- Those 6 will draw for their specific site in the June 2 Lottery at 6:00 PM at the Youth Memorial Building.
- Anyone after the first 6 will be placed on a waiting list.
Camping Fees
Cost: $300 (non-refundable)
Includes:
- Two Adult Season Passes
- One pump-out service (Wednesday or Thursday of Fair Week)
Important:
- No refunds — if you cancel or bounce payment (NSF check), your site is forfeited.
- Any camper violating camping rules will lose future camping privileges.

Camping Rules & Regulations Overview
General Camping Policies
- Camping on Fairgrounds is a privilege.
- No tents allowed.
- Campsites must not exceed 8 people; must include a current youth exhibitor.
Health & Safety
- Governed by MI Department of Environment Great Lakes & Energy.
- BCHD and BCYF rules enforced at all times.
Arrival and Departure
- Campers park starting August 10 at 8:00 AM.
- Overnight stay starts August 11.
- No leaving before August 18 at 9:00 AM without losing future privileges.
Parking
- Only 2 vehicles allowed per unit, registered with Security and visibly permitted.
- No parking in Camper Village.
Electrical and Water
- 30-amp electrical required; a few 50-amp sites available.
- No direct water hook-ups; fill stations only.
- No waste/gray water disposal on the ground (eviction if violated).
Behavior

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- No alcohol, marijuana, narcotics, or obscene materials allowed.
- Disorderly campers will be evicted.
Equipment
- Gas grills allowed (no charcoal).
- No open flames, fire pits, or candles.
- No motorcycles, RV trikes, mopeds, or golf carts without permission.
Animals
- Pets not allowed (service and show animals only).
- No livestock allowed in camping area.
Camp Setup
- Awnings/pop-up canopies must be securely anchored.
- No switching, changing, or reselling campsites without approval.
Violation Consequences
Violating any rule can result in immediate eviction and loss of future camping privileges.
No refund will be given.
