Storage Options and Rates

Storage pricing is based on a 5 Month period starting from the first designated Drop Off Date to the designated Pick Up Date.

Indoor Storage (Covered)

$12 / Foot

+ $100 Deposit

Standard Units (up to 9ft wide)
– 5 Month Seasonal Period

Oversized Indoor Storage (Covered)

$14 / Foot

+ $100 Deposit

Oversized Units (over 9ft wide)
– 5 Month Seasonal Period

Available for:

  • Wide RVs

  • Large Boats

  • Oversized Trailers

Outdoor Storage (Uncovered)

$6 / Foot

Great option if you need to clear space from your yard during the winter!

How to Reserve a Space

1.

Request a Contract

Call (269) 473-4251 or email gail_holmes@bcyf.org

  • If space is available, a contract will be sent to you in September.
  • If no space is available, you will be added to our waiting list.

2.

Submit Contract & Deposit

Send in your $100 deposit* per unit along with the completed lease to:

*Deposit is non-refundable if canceled

3.

Drop Off
Your Unit

– Bring your unit to Gate 2 off of Old US 31 on any of the drop off days.
– All units will be measured from the furthest front point to furthest point back.
– Units over 9ft wide will be charged the current oversize rate.
– The remaining balance will be paid at drop off.

⚠️ Important Policies

🚫 Starting fluids prohibited inside all fair buildings
🔋 Batteries must remain in motorhomes & cars (can be disconnected)
🛠️ Operational tongue jacks required (boat trailers, jet ski trailers, pop-up campers, etc.)
🆔 License plates must stay with the unit
⚖️ Insurance responsibility of the lessee
