Fair Dates: August 11 – 16, 2025

11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
(7:00 am if you serve breakfast)

Please read through the cost breakdowns in the agreement, fill out the form, and submit application to fair office before deadline.

Breakdown of Estimated Costs

  • 20% of GROSS receipts
  • $100.00 Non refundable deposit (not applied towards your percentage)
  • $25.00 Electric Connect/Disconnect Fee (Fair Electricians are the ONLY ones authorized to connect or disconnect electrical services)
  • $2.00 per amp Concession Trailer – Electric Hook-Up for the week
  • $2.00 per amp Supply Trailer – Electric Hook-Up for the week
  • $110.00 Insurance (added to BCYF master policy)
  • OR Provide a certificate of insurance with the Berrien County Youth Fair listed as an ADDITIONAL NAMED INSURED.
  • Gate Passes: A limited number of free Fair admission passes will be allowed per concession. If additional passes are needed for workers, they are available to purchase.
